Attorney Ira Goldenberg was hired by Kuder Island Colony (the corporate owners of Hen Island) to prolong the illegal pollution, lack of potable water and horrific mosquito infestation in Rye New York. To date the Hen Island Corporation has spent over $800,000 defending their actions.

In a letter drafted in April 2014, the U.S. Attorney’s office was asked to investigate claims of Mr. Goldenberg’s involvement into inappropriate legal tactics and the impeding of an investigation conducted by the Department of Environmental Conservation and requested by State Senator George Latimer.
